At Natori, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our luxury collections; if you are not entirely pleased, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
